We started Grow Courses because we got tired of watching smart people sit through PowerPoint presentations that put them to sleep. Our whole mission is flipping that on its head. We build training that sticks. The kind where employees walk out actually excited about what they learned, not just checking a box. Been doing this for 8 years now, and we've worked with everyone from startups to big companies that should know better. We're based in Brașov, but we work with businesses all over Romania (and beyond). Real talk: we're not here to be the biggest training company. Back in 2016, our founder got stuck in yet another terrible mandatory training session and thought: there's got to be a better way. So she built one. Started with 3 clients and a coffee addiction that'd make anyone jealous. First couple years were messy — lots of learning, plenty of failures. But somewhere around year 3, something clicked. Clients started telling us their people actually wanted to take our courses. That's when we knew we were onto something. Now we've trained about 3,200 employees across 47 companies. Still growing, still learning, still fueled by really good coffee.
